A tea-rrific afternoon

We had a wonderful Tea on the Green! The weather cleared up (even if it was a bit windy) and we enjoyed great music, company and incredible home baking.

Tea on the Green is a chance for neighbours and friends to come together, but it’s also a chance to raise money for the various village maintenance projects. We’re pleased to report that between the baking, tombola, treasure hunt, games and generous donations we raised £1200! Thanks to all who attended and showed their support

A huge amount of work goes in to make these two hours special and Dunmore villagers – especially the Gardening Club – deserve a big pat on the back. The Dunmore Village Committee would like to thank everyone who gave their time, energy and resources, including Ian Guthrie, our brilliant musician, Jim Tait and Joe Detlaff for the loan and delivery of the chairs and tables, and to David and the Sea Cadets for the use of their gazebos.
